Meet Stephanie Rusbuldt, LPC

Hello, I’m Stephanie. If you’re here, you’ve experienced grief in your life in some way. I know it’s not easy to open up and talk about needing support, especially since many of us believe we need to be strong for everyone around us. I also know it’s important to find a counselor who is the right fit for you. My job is to offer you a space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood during some of the most difficult times in your life. It is important to me to provide space for grief and loss, since so often in our world it feels like there is no space to grieve.

I’ve worked with individuals who have experienced profound loss in their lives, in the many ways that comes up. I’ve also worked with individuals who are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, as well as individuals who are caring for someone with a cancer diagnosis. I have walked the roads of grief, caregiving, and health challenges in my own life. I can offer you the space to open up about how difficult it all is, while helping you find ways to manage and cope with such upheaval. My approach is collaborative, a partnership where we work together to identify your needs and co-create goals that can help you live a more meaningful and authentic life amidst its challenges. At the same time, I firmly believe that you are the expert in your own experience.

When I’m taking care of myself, you can find me enjoying many hobbies, such as being out in nature in any way possible, gardening, hiking, cooking, playing board games, crafts, and spending time with loved ones. People I have worked with have described me as warm, compassionate, calming, and kind.

My practice is based in Montgomery County, PA and I serve adult individuals throughout Pennsylvania, Montco, and the Greater Philadelphia area. I currently offer telehealth(video) sessions only at this time for individuals in PA.
