Upcoming Workshops: Grieving and the Holidays

Grieving the death of a loved one is hard enough, but it can be especially challenging during the holiday season. I’m presenting two workshops on this topic, coming up in November.

One will be in person at the Upper Merion Library in King of Prussia, PA, which I’m co-presenting with a colleague. This workshop is open to anyone who has lost a loved one at any time. It will take place on Monday, November 16 at 6:30pm. The link to register through the library is here: https://umtlibrary.libcal.com/event/17738498

The other workshop I’ll be presenting is virtual through Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia. This workshop is for anyone who has lost a loved one specifically to cancer at any time. It will take place on Thursday, November 12 at 7:00pm. The link to register through CSCGP is here: https://csc-gp.gnosishosting.net/Events/Calendar?eviid=35769

If you are struggling with grief and don’t know where to turn or how to put one foot in front of the other some days, I specialize in this work and together we can add tools to your coping toolbox for navigating grief and all that comes along with it. Reach out to me for a free 15-minute consultation here.
